Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role offers the opportunity to create memorable guest experiences through exceptional customer service, efficient check-in and check-out processes, and seamless communication. Whether managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, or coordinating with other hotel departments, your proactive approach will ensure every guest feels valued and cared for from arrival to departure.
MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY. THIS IS A 3RD SHIFT POSITION.
Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information about hotel services Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software Handle guest requests related to room preferences, amenities, or special accommodations with professionalism and enthusiasm Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to coordinate guest services and resolve any issues quickly Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication at all times to enhance guest relations Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software to streamline check-in/check-out processes Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest satisfaction and loyalty Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel operations is a plus Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining professionalism in all interactions Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences! $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
