Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during the night shift. Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel, handling reservations and cancellations
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Assist guests with inquiries about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest requests and concerns efficiently and escalate issues as needed
  • Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports
  • Ensure the security of the premises by monitoring surveillance cameras and performing security checks Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in multiple languages being a plus
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
  • Ability to work night shifts independently with attention to detail
  • Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
  • Familiarity with night audit processes is advantageous
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries effectively
