Pay:

$16.50 per hour Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Check guests in and out efficiently. Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries. Make and modify reservations. Process payments accurately. Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly. Communicate effectively with other hotel departments. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Perform multiple tasks while delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements Availability to work days, evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays . Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Must be able to stand for the entire shift . Ability to remain professional and positive under pressure. Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
