At its core, Casa Rialto is a boutique hotel designed as a refined yet welcoming retreat—where thoughtful design, comfort, and personalized service create a seamless and memorable stay. Each guest experience is intentionally crafted, from beautifully appointed rooms to attentive, detail-driven hospitality. The hotel offers a sense of escape while remaining deeply connected to its surroundings, inviting guests to slow down, settle in, and feel at home. Casa Rialto is part of the FFP Hospitality Group , alongside sister properties including Pizza e Birra, Villa Venezia, and The Barn—each contributing to a shared vision of thoughtful, experience-driven hospitality rooted in community, quality, and connection. Our approach is seasonal, thoughtful, and rooted in both Italian tradition and local influence. Across Casa Rialto and all FFP properties, our team is committed to delivering warm, attentive service and creating moments that feel personal, memorable, and intentional. Job Description Join Casa Rialto as a Front Desk Agent and serve as the first impression and lasting connection for our guests. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing seamless check-in and check-out experiences, and ensuring every stay feels personalized and effortless. You will act as a knowledgeable resource for the property, providing recommendations on hotel amenities, local attractions, and Andiamo Lounge & Bar, while anticipating guest needs and responding with care and efficiency. This role requires a polished, professional presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and elevated guest experience, while maintaining accuracy in reservations, guest profiles, and financial transactions. Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality and take pride in creating meaningful, memorable moments for every guest.
