Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout their stay Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations Monitor multi-line phone systems to respond promptly to guest calls and internal communications Maintain security by overseeing access to the hotel during overnight hours and conducting routine safety checks Prepare shift reports detailing daily activities, incidents, and financial transactions for management review Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records, managing reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure clear communication with guests and team members at all times Support guest relations efforts by providing local information, concierge services, and personalized assistance when needed Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest satisfaction Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems required Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor Ability to handle night audit responsibilities accurately while maintaining attention to detail Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision Knowledge of hospitality industry standards related to guest services and guest relations Embrace this exciting opportunity to be the cornerstone of our guests' overnight experience!
