Job Summary Looking for opening team to open the NEW City Express by Marriott........... Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face of our establishment! In this energetic role, you'll provide exceptional guest services, manage reservations, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will create memorable stays for our guests, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering top-tier guest relations in a vibrant resort environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system management. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction. Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all guest interactions reflect the highest standards of hospitality. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a friendly, professional manner. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is preferred. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for night audit shifts.
