Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor Handling a variety of administrative support tasks to ensure smooth operations Providing outstanding customer service to create a positive guest experience Managing reservations, including making, changing, and canceling bookings Checking in and checking out guests Serving breakfast and maintaining cleanliness in the lobby Assisting with laundry tasks Obtaining reports from the computer systemRequirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Great telephone communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Customer-centric approach with a friendly and professional disposition Ability to work well in a team and assist colleagues with administrative tasks Prior experience as a front desk agent is a plus We offer competitive starting pay at $15 per hour, employee discounts, and paid training.
