The Front Desk Agent / Concierge plays a vital role in bringing this mission to life by serving as a primary point of contact for our guests. Through genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and intuitive service, this role ensures a seamless and memorable guest experience from arrival through departure. By combining efficient front desk operations with personalized concierge services, including recommendations, reservations, and guest experiences, the Front Desk Agent / Concierge helps set the tone for each stay. Position Summary:
Front Desk Agent / Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences from arrival through departure. This role serves as a primary point of contact for guests, handling front desk operations while providing personalized concierge services including recommendations, reservations, and special requests. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality while maintaining flexibility in a part-time capacity. Team members are expected to embody

Front Desk Duties Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism upon arrival Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries Resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable stay Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management Operate hotel systems including PMS, POS, and all other required hotel platforms, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts, billing, and reservations Concierge Duties Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions Arrange reservations, transportation, and special services Assist with guest requests and special arrangements Maintain knowledge of local area and events Coordinate with vendors and service providers
ExperienceEducation:
Previous hospitality, front desk, or guest service experience preferred Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), and related hospitality platforms preferred; ability to learn new systems required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Ability to stand for extended periods and lift luggage as needed Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to push, pull, and lift luggage and other guest items Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently
