Front Desk Agent
Seeking Full or Part Time Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Handle guest requests and complaints, providing excellent customer service
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Days shift, night shift and overnights required.
