Part-Time Position Summary The Front Desk Associate provides guest support by managing check-ins, handling inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out processes Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, or email Provide information about property amenities, policies, and local area Handle reservations, payments, and basic administrative tasks Address guest concerns and escalate issues when needed Maintain a clean, organized front desk area Qualifications Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and ability to handle reservations systems Ability to multitask and remain organized Professional and friendly demeanor Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays Compensation & Benefits Flexible scheduling Work Environment Indoor, guest-facing role Fast-paced environment with frequent guest interaction May require weekends and holidays We encourage you to apply and bring your skills to a team that values quality, reliability, and great service.Benefits
