Job Overview Responsible for: Ensuring each guest has an incredible experience at The Point Directs guest activities, special events, exclusive property buyouts, and setup for day to day activities. Follows up with guests throughout the day for thoughts and feedback. Manages all guest services agents and assists with managing housemen Provides anticipatory service to all guests. Takes initiative to come up with new guest activities. Arranges private dining locations for guests when necessary. Provides input, information, and helps arrange documents with our Public Relations team. Boating experience along with PV license Food and beverage management experience a plus

Assistant General Manager Work Environment Primarily Outdoors, with guests. - Variable work environment, may relocate multiple times per day. - Indoor and administrative work also required.

Hotel Guests, Vendors, Estate Owners.
