Job description The Comfort Inn Fairgrounds Hotel is looking for Guest Service Agents to join our team. If you have a passion for customer service we are looking for you ! Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Overnight shifts 11pm -7am min nights a week.
• Able to provide excellent phone and in person services
• Must be responsible, energetic, team oriented and able to pay attention to detail
• Take reservations according to the needs of the customer while ensureing profitability to the company
• Perform check in and check out duties accordingly as well as necessary overnight tasks
• Balance the days transactions, prepare reports, ensure adjustments and corrections are made.
• Work well with other departments to ensure the best services to our guests
• Handle guest concerns and inquires
• Provide information on hotel amenities, services and surrounding area
• Work under pressure when needed. Adapt to change, make decisions and be able to handle position without constant supervision
• Ensure proper brand standards.
• Be able to work alone comfortably and independently.
