This overnight position combines front desk responsibilities, guest service, light housekeeping duties, and nightly hotel operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well independently, and enjoys helping guests. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service. Check guests in and out efficiently. Answer phones and assist guests with questions, requests, and concerns. Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions. Process reservations and payments. Fold and organize clean laundry. Clean interior staircases and assigned public areas. Perform routine property rounds to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security. Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve issues professionally. Maintain a clean and organized front desk. Follow all company policies and safety procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Customer service experience preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Night audit experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right candidate. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently during overnight hours. Comfortable performing light cleaning and laundry duties. Basic computer skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
