Front Desk Agent 2p-10p We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Front Desk Agent to join our team! The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, thrieves in a fast-paced envirnment, and is committed to providing outstanding guest service. We want someone who loves interacting with people and can create a welcoming atmosphere during our busiest time of day, 2p-10p. Someone with a positive attitude, dependable, hardworking, and enjoys staying busy. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Check guests in and out efficently and accurately. Answer phones, make reservations, and assist with guest requests. Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining a possitive attitude. Keep the front desk, lobby, and market area clean, orginized, and well stocked. Complete daily shift reports and communicate important information to the next shift. Assist with light housekeeping wiping off tables, sweeping and mopping. Qualifications Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift. Must be friendly, outgoing, and provide excellent customer service skills Comfortable using computers and learning hotel software Great communication skills and must be able to problem solve Must be available weekends and holidays Must be able to work together as a team and independently
