• FOSSE by Marriott system knowledge is preferred.

• Duties:

• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests
• Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
• Process reservations and cancellations following company procedures
• Handle credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

• Qualifications:

• Previous hotel experience is required, Marriott hotel experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of phone systems and basic computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual)
• Familiarity with hospitality management software is advantageous
• Understanding of night audit procedures is beneficial
