The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and driving sales, a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression. Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including managing reservations and payments. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high standards of guest relations. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting and balancing of accounts. Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming calls, taking messages or directing calls as necessary. Assist multilingual guests by providing support in their preferred language when possible. Assist in events and coordination. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred. Sales experience preferred. Coordination and organization of events. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in phone etiquette. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with international guests. Familiarity with guest relations practices and night audit procedures is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
