We are looking for flexible team members to fill a our roles of Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent. The schedule for these position includes:

Night Auditor:

At least 2 nights per week , with shift hours from 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM .

Front Desk Agent:

At least 2 days per week, primarily scheduled for the afternoon/evening shift, typically from 3:00 PM to 1030 PM . With the occasional morning shift from: 7:30 to 3:00

PM Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Perform the front desk night audit to record financial transactions from the front desk reservation software in the accounting software.
• Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing exceptional customer service
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience:

• Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
• Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is an advantage

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in multiple languages being a plus
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and reservations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volumes
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve guest issues promptly and efficiently
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a genuine desire to assist guests
