Front Desk Staff

We are seeking a candidate with experience as a medical front desk person in a doctor's office or a hospital setting with exceptional customer-oriented skill sets, a motivated go getter and a good team player. We would appreciate it immensely if only candidates with at least one year of experience in the medical field would apply . We pride ourselves in becoming the fastest growing Cardiac and Vascular Practice in Dayton, OH with multiple locations (Springboro/Vandalia/Eaton/Dayton) , and have no plans on stopping! Travel is required one to two days a week. Travel mileage is compensated. We are committed on providing the best experience and care for our patients. This is a full time position. Candidates with billing experience such as obtaining preauthorization for procedures and filing electronic claims would have an advantage.

Duties to include:

Assisting physician in providing quality care to patients Maintain patients' medical records Review medical history Obtain appropriate consents Call in prescriptions Perform patient call backs Checking patients In and Out Setting up for outpatient surgeries and stress tests Possibly obtaining preauthorizations and turning in medical claims Requirements include: Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus Must be familiar with computers

Salary:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour, salary based on experience and job performance
