Job Description

Job Summary Columbia Woodlands is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will help create unforgettable experiences for guests staying at our luxury glamping resort. From welcoming arrivals and coordinating outdoor activities to delivering personalized service throughout each stay, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Responsibilities Welcome guests with professionalism and provide a warm, personalized arrival experience. Assist guests with luggage handling, turn-down service, and special requests. Coordinate and schedule outdoor experiences, including hiking excursions, fishing trips, campfire gatherings, and other resort activities. Deliver food, beverages, and amenities to cabins and designated activity areas. Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, high-quality service. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, services, and local attractions. Collaborate with housekeeping, food service, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Uphold Columbia Woodlands' standards of luxury hospitality and customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, concierge, hotel guest services, customer service, or a related field. Previous experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, glamping, or outdoor recreation is preferred. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in an active outdoor environment and in varying weather conditions. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to lift and carry luggage and supplies as required. Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating recreational activities or special guest experiences. Knowledge of local attractions and outdoor activities.
