Job Description

Part-time 2nd & 3rd shift available. PT=16-24 hours per week. Hotel experience a plus and experience with PEP/Hotel Key beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously upon arrival. Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, following hotel standards and policies. Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the hotel's reservation system. Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, directions, and transportation. Address guest complaints and issues in a professional manner, striving to resolve them quickly and effectively. Process guest payments and ensure accurate billing for room charges, amenities, and other services. Maintain the security of guest information and follow hotel procedures for data protection. Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to coordinate guest services and room availability. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, handling mail, and managing guest requests. And any additional tasks as requested by hotel supervisors/managers or ownership
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and a professional appearance. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. Good hand-eye coordination for handling cash and using computer systems.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced and dynamic setting, often involving direct interaction with guests. Regular collaboration with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
