ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk Clerk in Marblehead, Ohio. What you'll do: The Front Desk Clerk position supports staff as assigned and possesses excellent customer service skills at Bay Point Resort and Marina in Marblehead, Ohio .
Your job will include:
Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner promptly. Organize and maintain electronic files per company procedures manual. Assist with company sponsored activities. Attend and participate in training programs as required. Handle inquiries by telephone and email promptly. Prioritize phone calls to the appropriate staff. Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions. Process annual contracts including entry into property management system, accounts receivable, and entries into multiple systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and office area. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned while assisting with general administrative support as requested. Work closely as a team member that effectively represents the quality and professionalism of the company. Experience & skills you need: High school diploma, or the equivalent experience. 1+ yea r of office experience. Strong communications and organizational skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel and/or automated accounting systems. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
