Front Desk Agent

Job Overview We are looking for driven, detail-oriented people to join our team. In this role, you are the first face guests will see coming to stay at our hotel. It is important to be hospitable in the hospitality industry! We need someone who can provide a smile and welcoming attitude to our guests. We require someone who has outstanding organizational and cleaning skills, genuine hospitality and also, the ability to use and adapt to computer systems. TownePlace Suites Mansfield/Ontario is the only extended stay hotel in-town and it is important for our guests to truly feel at home. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner. Answer phone calls, emails, etc. within allowed time. Run reports and preform data entry accurately. Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, offices, and guest facilities. Handle confidential information in a secure and careful manner. Collaborate with other teams to ensure the best possible guest experience. Multiple shifts available (Every-other-weekend, as available) Requirements Previous experience in a front desk role is preferred. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency with computer and communication systems. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment. A drive to deliver guests with the highest level of hospitality.. Must be over the age of 18.
