Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team during the second shift. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will create a memorable experience for every guest, while efficiently managing front desk operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding guest relations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes accurately using hotel management software such as OPERA Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay Maintain security protocols and hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Uphold high standards of customer service and guest relations throughout your shift Requirements Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and manage guest inquiries professionally Experience working in resort settings or with hotel experience is a plus Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques Join us as a Front Desk Agent 2nd Shift and become an essential part of creating memorable stays for our guests!
