Hotel Front Desk Clerk Hyatt Place Sharonville Convention Center - 4.0 Sharonville, OH Job Details $14 - $15 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description We're looking for a positive and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You'll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. Compensation:
$14 - $15 hourly
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready Mitigate customer complaints as needed
Qualifications:
Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems About Company Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 15 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
