Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay begins with a warm welcome and seamless service. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable experiences for every guest while maintaining efficient front desk operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Handle check-in and check-out procedures with professionalism and attention to detail Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing information and assistance to guests and callers Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and hotel services, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and respond effectively to any incidents or issues Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while ensuring confidentiality Support night audit processes to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is preferred Proficiency with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS) is highly desirable Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus, enhancing guest communication across diverse populations Strong customer service skills with problem-solving capabilities to address guest concerns efficiently Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and night audit functions is advantageous Excellent phone communication skills, including multi-line phone system operation and proper phone etiquette Experience working in resort settings or with hospitality management enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to hospitality excellence! Pay:
$30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
