Responsibilities Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties to ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and handle all front desk operations with professionalism and friendliness. Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and requests via phone or in person with exceptional phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills. Conduct detailed night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring accuracy of all accounts. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property during night hours. Assist guests with concierge services such as providing local information, coordinating transportation, or resolving concerns promptly. Document all shift activities thoroughly through shift reports and incident logs to ensure seamless communication between teams. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, or guest services within a resort or hotel environment. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and front desk operations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest relations across diverse populations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences through attentive service and effective communication. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Demonstrated capability in hotel experience including guest relations, phone etiquette, and front desk management.
