Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage multiple reservation requests efficiently through hospitality reservation systems and multi-line phone systems Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Handle phone communication professionally, maintaining excellent phone etiquette while managing inquiries for all shifts Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in property management systems Enforce hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to protect guests and staff at all times Maintain guest relations by providing local information, responding to special requests, and fostering a welcoming environment for diverse clientele including multilingual or bilingual guests Experience Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management preferred; resort experience is a plus Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent hotel management software Strong customer service skills with problem-solving abilities and a focus on guest satisfaction Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols necessary for handling various situations effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance client communication and guest relations Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling complex client interactions in a fast-paced environment is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage night audit responsibilities accurately while maintaining excellent attention to detail Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
