Full Job Description Pay:
$12.00 - $13.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a Guest Relations Specialist to support the daily operations of our office, reservations, and camp store functions. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting guests over the phone, through email, and in person while helping ensure front desk and office operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position plays an important role in creating a positive guest experience by supporting reservations, check-ins, store upkeep, and general administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience who enjoys organization, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Duties Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner. Assist guests with making new reservations and updating existing reservations. Support the guest check-in process by preparing materials and assisting arriving guests. Provide front desk support and help resolve basic guest questions or concerns. Perform general administrative tasks such as printing, filing, organizing, and maintaining office materials. Assist with preparing paperwork, reservation materials, and other guest-related documents. Support the stocking, cleanliness, and general upkeep of the camp store. Handle cash and basic sales transactions accurately and responsibly. Maintain organized workspaces in the office and guest service areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and guest-focused front office operation. Help maintain a professional appearance and positive atmosphere in all guest-facing areas. Experience Customer service experience preferred. Basic understanding of cash handling and point-of-sale transactions. Moderate computer and technology skills required. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment. Previous office, retail, hospitality, or reservations experience is preferred. Willingness to assist with a variety of office and guest service responsibilities as needed.
