Homewood Suites by Hilton features spacious suite rooms, complimentary hot breakfast, and indoor pool. Homewood is in an ideal location just a short walk from The Ohio State University, across the street from many dining and shopping options, as well as nearby the Jerome Schottenstein Center, downtown Columbus, and local golf courses. Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities
Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements; Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
Computer experience preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
