The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist guests with check-in and check-out, and ensure a welcoming experience for all guests. Pay based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check guests in and out of the hotel Handle reservations, guest requests, and phone inquiries Process payments and maintain accurate records Address guest concerns in a professional and timely manner Work with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous hotel front desk experience preferred Opera Cloud experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and professional demeanor
Schedule:
Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays . Join our team and help us provide a great experience for every guest!
