Duties include but not limited to : Having proficient computer skills Able to provide guidance to our customers by helping them to determine their storage needs. Keeping the office clean, tidy and the paperwork well organized Renting units and cleaning units after move out Doing outside/inside rounds of the property and checking the security and cleanliness Able to make collection calls and collect payment on delinquent accounts Experience is great, but we are happy to train a sincere and motivated individual. This opening has lots of future potential for a great long term relationship with the right person! Good phone and people skills , and ability to be flexible a must have, also need the ability to work well while alone without constant supervision. A current drivers license, and reliable transportation required 3 day part time and 5 day full time work week with
