Job Description
Overview Weekends are rotated between 4 employees. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full Time Night Audit to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth overnight operation of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle night shift responsibilities efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience with hotel management systems are highly valued to enhance guest relations and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Provide exceptional guest services with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring guest satisfaction Handle multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with staff Maintain accurate records of reservations, billing, and other hotel transactions Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, fostering positive guest relations Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night hours and report any irregularities or safety issues Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared for new guests Uphold hospitality standards and hotel policies at all times Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel guest services preferred Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse guest base Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills Experience working in resort or hotel environments is advantageous Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of service Join our team as a Full Time Night Audit to play a vital role in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences while ensuring smooth overnight operations.
