You'll be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service at the front desk, also ensuring our guest accommodations are spotless and inviting. Your energy and professionalism will help foster a warm, friendly environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in and out efficiently, and handle all front desk operations with professionalism. Manage phone inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities. Assist guests with special requests, reservations, and guest relations to ensure a seamless stay experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas, including making beds, replenishing supplies, and performing housekeeping duties including laundry. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication standards to foster positive guest interactions. Collaborate with team members to deliver top-tier hospitality management and guest services. Skills Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a focus on guest services. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving mindset. Familiarity with front desk operations, including basic computer skills Knowledge of hotel experience standards, guest relations, and hospitality best practices. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, courteous interactions at all times.
Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
