Part Time opening at Courtyard by Mariott in Downtown Tulsa for Front Desk Associate. We are looking for the right person to work a mixture of 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM Shifts.
Benefits include:

Salary range is:
$14 to $15 per hour depending on hotel hospitality experience. Must be able to pass a drug and background check. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier hotel/resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services and amenities. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest billing and reservations. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Answer phone calls promptly, providing information or transferring calls as necessary while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction. Assist in managing reservations through the hotel management system, including modifications and cancellations. Provide local area information to guests, including dining options, attractions, and transportation services. Support the team in maintaining compliance with safety and security protocols. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations; ability to resolve issues effectively. Proficiency in hotel management software is an advantage; familiarity with reservation systems is a plus. Excellent verbal communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are essential.
