Front Desk Associate - Part-Time Day Shift At Campfire Hotel, we're not a traditional hotel — and this isn't a traditional front desk job. We're looking for someone dependable, friendly, adaptable, and ready to jump into whatever the shift needs. This role blends guest service, front desk operations, housekeeping support, laundry, and keeping the property looking great throughout the day. This is a part-time day shift position, 3 days per week, with weekend availability required. If you like staying busy, helping people, working with a team, and being part of a fun, fast-moving hotel environment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome guests and handle check-ins and check-outs Answer phones, emails, and guest questions Manage reservations and guest requests Help resolve guest issues professionally and calmly Support housekeeping and laundry operations as needed Fold laundry, stock supplies, and assist with room readiness Keep the lobby and common areas clean, organized, and inviting Help maintain the overall appearance and atmosphere of the property Work as part of a team that jumps in wherever needed What We're Looking For A friendly, professional attitude Strong communication and people skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Dependability and punctuality Ability to stay calm and problem-solve under pressure Willingness to help outside the front desk when needed Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need to be told every little thing that needs doing Hospitality experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person This Job Is Probably Great for
