Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at our boutique hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on guest relations. Maintain accurate records of room assignments and reservations. Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed. Operate phone systems to answer calls promptly and provide information or direct calls to appropriate departments. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Stay informed about hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide guests with relevant information. Experience Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. A background in hospitality or resort environments is beneficial but not mandatory. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role. Required Hours 40 Thursday
