Description The Inn at Cape Kiwanda is a boutique ocean-view hotel in the heart of the Oregon Coast. Just across the street from Cape Kiwanda State Park, the Inn at Cape Kiwanda is close to all the action in Pacific City, Oregon. Guests enjoy taking our beach cruiser bikes around town and enjoying the several dining and shopping options in the area. You'll help families enjoy hikes and trails, share with them where to go for a round of golf or maybe you are best at giving the surf report every morning. Whatever your enthusiasm for this beautiful area is; you'll find that our Inn at Cape Kiwanda offers a true escape from the everyday.

Are engaging, personable, and passionate about connecting with people Are a master of multi-tasking, staying cool and collected in a dynamic environment Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and teammates Are a proactive team player who enjoys collaborating to exceed expectations Thrive on learning new things and staying curious about the area Possess strong computer skills; knowledge of hospitality systems is a plus Have a personal interest in the outdoors, wellness, or active lifestyles Working as a team. Recognize when a team member may need support and lend a hand. Requirements You own this if you have... Previous front desk, guest service, or hospitality experience preferred A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A love of hospitality, problem-solving, and creating unforgettable moments Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed A valid Oregon Food Handlers permit.
