Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Audit/Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and vigilant guardian of our property during overnight hours. This role combines the vital responsibilities of guest relations, front desk operations, and night audit procedures to ensure seamless service and operational accuracy. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the safety, security, and efficiency of the hotel. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create memorable stays for our guests and uphold our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes using property management systems Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and occupancy reports to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and following hotel emergency procedures during overnight hours Manage phone communication efficiently, providing information about hotel services and local attractions while practicing excellent phone etiquette Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Support guest services by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong understanding of property management systems Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations better Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations strategies, and night audit processes is essential Strong communication skills for client interaction via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and clarity Experience working in resort environments or properties with extensive guest services offerings is advantageous Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about hospitality management and eager to deliver outstanding guest experiences during the quiet yet crucial night hours.
