As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience and maintaining the reputation of our hotel. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome. Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests as needed. Conduct night audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities. Assist in managing billing processes and payment transactions. Skills Experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred. Proficiency in operating phone systems and hotel management software. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Ability to perform night audit functions is an asset. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
