Come join the Guest Services team at Black Butte Ranch! We have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Guest Services Agent . This role starts in May and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience and being the first point of contact for guests. This position reports to the Guest Services Manager and is responsible for guest check-in and check-out, anticipating guest needs, and delivering a high level of service to both guests and homeowners. You'll play a key role in maintaining our reputation as a premier resort destination. Our ideal candidate has experience in hospitality or customer service, is comfortable learning new technology, communicates well with a wide range of guests, and can work a flexible schedule including mornings and weekends.
What We're Looking For:

This position requires availability seven days a week, with shifts ranging from 4-8 hours. Scheduling needs are primarily mid-shifts (10:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m.) through closing shifts (1:00-9:30 p.m. or 2:00-10:30 p.m.), or a combination of these time blocks.Compensation:
