Front Desk Agent

Position Overview Forge Hospitality is seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join the team at our Homewood Suites in Audubon. This role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and supporting daily front office operations. Key Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure. Process guest checkins and checkouts accurately and efficiently. Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions. Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. Resolve guest issues and escalate concerns as appropriate. Maintain accurate guest records and follow cash handling procedures. Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams. Follow Hilton brand standards, policies, and safety procedures. Qualifications Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fastpaced environment. Basic computer skills; PMS experience preferred (Hilton systems a plus). Professional appearance and positive attitude. Dependable and punctual.
