Job Description
Seeking part time Front Desk Associate. Weekends and holidays required. Must be available all shifts. Must be available all days of the week. Candidate must be customer service driven. Professionalism and courtesy are to be extended at all times to guests, associates and vendors. Duties include making reservations, checking guests in and out, answering telephone, must be able to solve guests problems, answer questions about the surrounding area along with giving directions to local attractions and local area restaurants and establishments (drug stores, grocery, etc.) Assist guests efficiently and courteously in all hospitality related functions. Guest are our number one priority. Ability to verbally communicate effectively with all guests and co workers. Prolonged periods of standing. Assists in maintaining cleanliness of public areas. Use the Service recovery model to resolve guest issues. Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities all reasonable requests by management. Must have at least one year customer service experience. No phone calls please.
