Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each day. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Utilize phone etiquette when answering calls, providing information or transferring calls as necessary. Requirements Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations Proficiency in phone systems and etiquette. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
