Join Our Guest Experience Team Allenberry Resort is seeking a warm, professional, and service-driven Front Desk Associate to create exceptional first and last impressions for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, problem-solving, and providing memorable service in a beautiful resort setting. Position Summary As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the face of the resort—welcoming guests, assisting with arrivals and departures, answering questions, and ensuring every guest feels valued throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests Respond to emails, phone calls, and guest inquiries Provide information about resort amenities, dining options, events, and local attractions Address guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and discretion Maintain accuracy when processing payments and handling cash Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times Schedule and Pay Full-time and part-time opportunities available Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required Flexible scheduling available Competitive hourly pay based on experience What We're Looking For A friendly, polished, and professional demeanor Strong communication and customer service skills The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfort using computers and reservation systems A reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Previous hotel, resort, or customer service experience is preferred Apply Today If you enjoy helping people, creating positive first impressions, and working in hospitality, we would love to hear from you.
