Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient operations, and seamless communication. As a vital part of our hotel management team, you'll ensure each guest's stay is comfortable, memorable, and hassle-free. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for a positive guest journey from check-in to check-out. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or Property Management Systems (PMS). Manage guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, offering prompt and accurate assistance. Handle guest requests, complaints, and problem-solving with a customer service-focused approach to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently while maintaining up-to-date records in hotel management software. Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy. Enforce hotel emergency procedures swiftly and effectively to guarantee guest safety at all times. Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest relations and overall experience. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA or other property management software (PMS). Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols. Experience handling night audit processes and multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated ability to resolve customer service issues proactively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
