Front Desk Agent Holiday Inn Express & Suites is looking for a part-time Front Desk Agent to join our team! We are looking for someone with a keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring to enhance our customer experience. If you enjoy engaging with others and a high sense of responsibility this role is perfect for you!

Summary:

Perform from desk duties such as guest check ins and check outs Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and ensure a seamless guest experience Post guest charges, collect payments and follow all cash handling procedures as required Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures We are 24hrs 7days a week operation. Must have the ability to have flexible scheduling due to business demands. Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism On the job training along with computer training

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of basic computer functions Ability to work flexible hours including overnights, weekends and holidays Strong ability to multitask and work along at night 1 year customer service experience
