Job Summary The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. This position is responsible for overseeing front desk operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of guest service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster positive guest relations. Duties Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes. Train, mentor, and manage front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy. Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reporting. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures within the hotel. Monitor front desk inventory and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Skills Proficiency in customer service and guest relations to create memorable experiences. Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with guests and vendors. Experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing guest interactions. Familiarity with night audit processes is beneficial. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of resort operations can be advantageous.
