Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a warm, inviting atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a vibrant resort or hotel environment.

•Position includes overnight shifts from 11pm-7am and a mix between 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts

•No set schedules. Must be open to work weekends and holidays. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering a friendly and professional first impression Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately, ensuring all information is correctly processed Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information with attention to detail Assist with guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized service Support night audit procedures when scheduled, including balancing accounts and preparing reports Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with patience, tact, and enthusiasm Join our team as a Front Desk Associate and be part of an energetic environment where your hospitality talents shine!
