Front Desk Agent

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and committed to providing exceptional service. This role is key to ensuring every guest feels welcome and well cared for from the moment they arrive. Command of the English language both written and verbal. This can be a permanent part time position. You are also encouraged to apply if you are only looking for a summer position.

Job Description:

Greet guests with a warm and sincere welcome. Complete front desk check-in and check-out processes. When performing audit, completing end of day shift reports Promote brand programs. Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely manner. Assist with breakfast setup to ensure a positive guest experience. Hotel experience is a plus, but not required Working Conditions Weekends and holidays as needed. Physical stamina-mobility required (required to push, pull and lift up to 30 lbs.)
