Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Fulltime (32-40 hrs) Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotels. In this vital role, you will provide outstanding guest services, manage reservations, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Manage reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, or emergencies following hotel procedures Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing details, and special requests Support night audit processes by reconciling daily transactions and ensuring data accuracy Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred Proficiency with hotel management systems like or similar property management software (PMS) Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guests Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling phone etiquette professionally Resort or hotel experience, especially in busy or high-volume environments, is highly desirable Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
